Adjunct EMDR Therapy
Sometimes, a team approach to therapy is called for.

For Clients who are working with another therapist and who would benefit from EMDR sessions to target underlying experiences that may be impacting progress in therapy.
In adjunct therapy, the client receives treatment using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in addition to the treatment they are already receiving from their primary therapist.
Typically, a treatment goal is identified by the primary therapist, which involves a specialty skill such as EMDR. As therapists who specializes in EMDR, we have found that serving clients in an adjunct role can be both enormously useful and beneficial.
There are several different options available, such as half-day intensives, or full-day intensives, depending on the specific needs of the individual.
Please feel free to email me or have your primary therapist reach out regarding the specifics, and together we can design an intensive program that meets your needs.
